SHAY MICHAEL SIMPSON

As a retired Military Veteran, Shay understands what it means to protect. He “never” loses sight of the well being of his clients and offers real estate services you can trust will “always” have the client in the forefront! Shay lives in Fallbrook, San Diego and enjoys providing Real Estate Services to both Buyers and Sellers in the North San Diego County areas. With a history in Management at a major vehicle dealership Shay understands customer needs and transaction management. He is detail oriented, professional and ALWAYS courteous! Shay has a history in Oregon with rural properties, ranches and horses and loves any opportunity to put that great experience to work for his clients. Also having been in the Service perfectly positions Shay to understand the demands and needs of Military families who may be transferring into and out of the area. Shay lives with his family in the heart of Fallbrook raising beautiful children and enjoys horses, technology, spending time with his sweet dog and generally just spending as much time as possible with his growing family.
