At HomeQuest Advantage Properties we are honored to have Kristen as part of our team offering Full Transaction Management as a service we provide to our customers. Kristen is a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2009 and brings the highest level of professional transaction management ensuring all legal documents are provided and signed by all parties while overseeing the escrow and inspection process. She keeps “everyone” on top of their timelines making what could be an overwhelming volume of tasks become step by step manageable. She relieves stress to the customer by being a go to team member to quickly obtain documents, emails and resource contacts. Kristen is an independent contractor offering her services to several offices and we are lucky enough to have her part of the HomeQuest Team!
